The B2C Set up (Business to Individual Customer). It consists of  the following sub-module: Member Merge Rule, Reference Type, Member Type, Member Group and Promo Code.


Member Merge Rule


The Member Merge Rule module allows users to move Member to different master account or merge members under a master account with different member type but same member group.


Reference Type


The Reference Type module allows users to view the Reference Type List available as well as add details on the Text box and Validation columns. Also, the user can change the hierarchy of the reference type and set up whether the reference type is visible or not.



Member Type


The Member Type module allows users to define the product for a member. This allows the system to recognize the product for a member and is mandatory when configuring a reward type and when adding new members.
