Click on the Redemption Status menu and users can search for the redemption product items that can be updated. User can search by Member Name, IC No, Redemption Date, Redemption Status, Batch Number, Redemption Number and Tracking number. Click on the “Search” button to search for a record.

Member’s Name to perform search. User can key in partial name and system will automatically perform a wild card search.

IC No

Member IC No.

Date From and Date To

User can select the date range when redemption was performed

Redemption Status

Pending – Not action by fulfilment partner yet

In Progress – Fulfilment partner packing/processing order

Cancelled – Redemption item cancelled

Shipping - Product is being shipped

Delivered – Product successfully delivered to member

Batch Number

Batch number for fulfilment delivery (updated by fulfilment partner)

Redemption Number

Redemption Number (unique tracking code).

Tracking Number

Tracking number for particular product in member redemption

               


Click on first column in listing to update fulfilment status.
