The Customer Service Master Account Enquiry allows Customer Service Agents to perform Search of Master Account and the data related to the Master Account (e.g. Member information, transactions).

Users can search either by Member Name, Type, Reference No., Card Number or Mobile Phone.

       

Users can view the details of the Master Account by clicking the Reference No. on the first column of the Master Account Enquiry page.  


Users are able to update the details of the Master at this page. They can update the Profile and Contact tabs.
