To add a new Product Category, click on the “Add” button located on the top left-hand corner of the page. The Add Product Category window will be displayed as below.

Users will need to enter the below information.

Field Name

Mandatory

Remarks

Parent Category

No

Users can select from the options in the drop-down box.

Category

Yes

Enter Category

Product Type

Yes

Users can select from the options in the drop-down box.


Once all the mandatory fields have been entered, click on the “Save button”. Users will need to choose a Parent Category should the Category be a sub Category.

To create a new Parent Category, select the Parent Category and leave it as default.
