Editing Member Details
Users are able to edit an Individual account from the member list screen as shown below. Click on the Member Name and a new window will be displayed.

The Edit Member page is divided into 10 different tabs namely Profile, Contact, Attributes, Membership, Reward, Redemption History, Transaction, Supplementary, Manual Sales Transaction, Programs, Activity and Service. User can select which tabs to appear on Member edit page

Attributes tab
In the Member module, Attributes tab will be added to manually edit the values of Attributes. The values that can be edited is based on the settings of the Attribute – dropdown list or textbox.

To add an Attribute, click on “Add” button located on the lower right side of the page. A new window will be displayed, listing all the applicable Attributes that can be added. Select all that applies then click “Add” button or click “Cancel” button to cancel the action. The user can also search for the desired Attributes to be added using the search field.

To remove Attributes, simply select the desired Attributes to be removed then click “Remove” button. Click on “OK” button to confirm deletion of Attributes.

Membership tab
In the Membership tab, users are able to view the details/ status of the card. At this tab, users are able to add principal card, and change the status of the card, perform card replacement and allow redemption.

Reward Tab
In the reward tab, users are able to view the points/cash back and the e-Statement available on the card.
Users are allowed to choose “Opt-in” for the e-Statement. The e-Statement will only be populated when the user ticked the Opt-in for the e-Statement check-box.

To view the Point history, click on the “Points History” button, a new window will appear. At this window, users are able to view the points earned/available in a member.

To view the Cashback history, click on the “Cashback History” button and a new window will appear. At this window, users are able to view the cashback of the members.

Redemption History tab
In the Redemption History tab, users are able to view all the redemptions made by the member as shown below.

At this window, the users can click on the Redemption No. to view the full details of the Redemption.
Transaction tab
In the transaction tab, users are able to view the transaction history by filtering the date range. The users can also generate and print the Transaction history in PDF file and allows them to search for member’s transactions in the last 3 months.

Supplementary Tab
In supplementary tab, user are able to view all the existing Supplementary Members

Manual Sales Transaction Tab
Users are able to search manual sales added for the member

Programs Tab
Users are able o add/delete available Promotion code to a memebr

Activity Tab
User able to search and view the activity of the memebr

Service Tab
User able to search and view all existing service related to the member

Master Account module is used to consolidate the member records belonging to a same individual one account. When an Individual Member is created the Master Account will be automatically added into the system.
. Each individual can have multiple member records if they have several cards/accounts. However, one individual can only have one master record in the system. It will allow another 2 Reference No Type – Mobile No. and Email.
