To search for a Master Account, go to B2C Customer > Master Account, the Master Account list page will be displayed. The users are able to search via by Member Name, Type, Reference Number (IC No, Passport Number, Army no and etc), Card Number, Mobile Number or Email.


Enter any of the parameters above and click on the “Search” button. Alternatively, the users can leave the parameters empty and click on the “Search” button; this will list all of the member records in the system. Click on the Reference Number to view the details of the Master Account.
